I acquired this drill in what would be generously called "well-used" condition, and set out to bring it to the standards of my tool collection. This involved a complete disassembly, repacking the bearings, and the fabrication of a new motor cover plate. The Jacobs chuck was completely broken down and rebuilt, and all parts were thoroughly cleaned. I expect this Hawg to earn its keep for many years to come.
