Crafted from reclaimed wine-barrel French white oak, I love this peel.

It has a wider surface and shorter handle than standard, to more easily accomodate small kitchens.

The laminations were cut using my restored Delta Unisaw, and the freeform shapes were sculpted with an angle grinder and lots of sanding.
