Professional hospitality experience

Position: Back server
Etoile is a Michelin star restaurant with a very high service expectation, located in Yountville Napa. The menu is very seasonal and changes on a weekly basis. Responsible for the assistance of servers and insuring that food quality is maintained before patron receives.

Position: Trainer Waiter / Asst. Manager
Employed as a junior waiter at the T.E.C in January 2006. I was promoted to solo trainer in charge of employing and training of all new wait staff, keeping old staff up to date with protocol and serving as staff liaison for HR communication and conflict resolution for between 15-25 wait staff . Worked closely with management and was aware of all activities of the restaurant.

Professional Yacht Experience:  Seasonal 2007 - 2011

For 4 years I worked in the south of France, western coast of Italy, Italian islands and southern coast of Spain as crew on luxury vessels  (sized from 90 ft. - 200ft ) in charge of the upkeep and cleaning of exterior. I was also partly in charge of water sports: jet skiing, wake boarding, etc. I was also employed by a shipwright as assistant carpenter.
