The first stage was to create the 3D parts, this was done using Inventor. Once the parts had been modeled they were ready to be constrained and placed in the correct position on the assembly. We were now ready create presentation file, with exploded views. Lastly, we could complete our Working Drawing which included dimensions breakout views parts list and much more.
Once the work in Inventor was complete we had to import all the parts into 3ds Max as body objects and meshes. In 3ds Max the goal was to apply materials, create lighting, animate our parts, and create our cameras to make an interesting shot. Now its time to render out our shots.
When the renders completed each being a single frame. We converted them into video using Premiere. In Premiere we added transitions and other video effects and opening and closing titles to complete the project.
