This project was about taking the skills learned in a graphics class and applying them to family photos of mine. The first is an old photo of my mom sitting on Santa's lap. I thought it would be great to pull all the bright reds back into this one. The scuffs, bends, and stains made this difficult to patch, but the result was worth it. The second is of my grandma holding my aunt as a baby. She was clearly upset, which seemed unusual to me for a Christmas morning. Given how overly tinted this was, I was pleasantly surprised by the result.
