Robotic Arm

Creating the robotic arm project was a great opportunity to combine mechanical design with animation and video editing. I began by modeling the robotic arm in AutoCAD and Inventor, focusing on precision and how each part would interact during movement. Once the model was complete, I imported it into 3ds Max to animate the arm solving the the tower of hanoi puzzel, which helped me better understand motion planning and timing in mechanical systems. Finally, Polished the animation in Adobe Premiere to produce a clean video. This project strengthened my skills in 3D modeling, animation, and editing, while also teaching me how to visualize and present complex mechanical actions in a clear and engaging way.

What is the Tower of Hanoi puzzel? The Tower of Hanoi is a classic puzzle that involves three or more pegs and a set of disks of different sizes. The puzzle begins with all the disks stacked on one pegin order from largest at the bottom to smallest at the top. The goal is to move the entire stack to another peg, following a few simple rules: only one disk can be moved at a time, each move must involve taking the top disk from one peg and placing it on another, and no larger disk can ever be placed on top of a smaller one.
