Biography
My name is Kyle Miller and I am a student at Napa Valley College currently enrolled in the two-year A.S. program for Digital Design Graphics Technology (DDGT). After this, I plan to attend a state university to attain a bachelor's degree. I currently have three certifications from Autodesk; one for Fusion 360, one for AutoCAD, and one for Inventor. I first became interested in Digital Design when I purchased a 3D printer. I was able to download many different files from the internet to print and had a lot of fun doing that. However, I wasn’t satisfied with only printing parts that somebody else had made. I wanted to be able to modify the parts that I had and be able to create entirely new parts from scratch. Researching how I might do that led me to discover the DDGT program at Napa Valley College. Outside of school, I was a member of the Boy Scouts of America for eight years and achieved the highest rank, Eagle. I really enjoyed my time there camping and helping out the community. My hobbies include studying history and running a few social media accounts. I also enjoy doing yoga to help keep my body and mind healthy. |
