Learning is something I’ve always cherished, whether from my mistakes or through instructions. I always find myself wanting more, never settling for what is given or taught to me. I try to find answers to how things work and why. By this, I get a better understanding of the obstacles at hand as a whole, and become further engaged in the tasks that need to be done. |

I keep an energetic attitude because it makes work that much more fun and interesting for everyone. It helps keep the work flow smooth and it’s efficiency at it’s highest. Similar to sports teams, when everyone is in the game with the right attitude, projected goals or planned objectives are achieved quicker or sometimes exceeded. I'm able to adapt to many situations. From unexpectedly working more than expected on a project, having an inconsistent work schedule, or steping up to temporarily play the role of whoever needs help, I can easily wear different hats at once. |

I have a very deep passion for design. Throughout the whole design spectrum and flavors it comes in, design will never be considered, “complete”, yet we strive to get as close as possible to perfection. If we didn’t care so much about design, we would be more stressed throughout our day, not knowing what could be causing it. One of my greatest goals is to inspire people how important design is; aesthetically and physically. What better way to do so than to actually work in the field I dreamed to be in for years. |

One of our greatest gifts is to communicate to one another our thoughts, whether through a type of language, art, or even through a simple text message. Collaborating with other people with the same passion or commonalities as ones self help them grow much quicker and become better at what they do. One can learn from other’s mistakes, their success, advice, as well as their opinions. Whether if in a group of 60, or 5, collaborating with others help shine the light on area’s one might not have seen in the beginning, influencing a more desirable outcome. |
