The Shaft base was my first experience creating a 3D model using AutoCAD. In the first semester of the Digital Design Graphics Technology Program, I began my drafting experience with 2D drawings before diving into Autodesks many 3D workspaces. Using the completed "front" and "top" view drawings of the Shaft Base assignment, I used 3D tools such as "extrude" and "fillet" to bring my drawings to life.
