Wedding Photo Restoration

This was our first assigned exercise in which we developed and exercised our new skills in restoring scans of damaged photographs. For this assignment, we used Adobe Photoshop. The user interface was very unfamiliar at the time and this project really helped me develop familiarity with the program and offered an exciting window into what it is capable of. Repairs included correcting the color, enhancing brightness and contrast, removing stains and creases. After seeing the results of the wedding photo restoration I was excited to apply these skills to some of my family's cherished photographs. |
