This is was a three piston engine block project in this project I was in complete control over how it was modified for 3-d printing and animated in 3ds Max. I had to first make the stand and crankshaft handle seen in the video and images. My logo and name also had to be incorporated into the design. When this was completed making sure proper tolerences were between moving parts was next, the spaces from moving surface to surfaces so that they do not fuse together during printing. Finally, creating a complete animation using 3ds Max using skills learned from the previous 14-71 Machine Vice project I then made a video showcasing the movement of the piston assemblies and my personal logo and engraved name.
