This is a caster assembly that used a sheet metal bracket. With the bracket I modeled the pattern out as a flat piece and then cut the shape out as I folded the bracket into place. With the assembly I placed the bracket at a fixed point and assembled the other components onto the part, this is also known as a Grounded part.
